Guided School Tours
If your class is studying geology,
paleontology, Lakota history and culture, pioneer history, or any other topic covered at
The Journey Museum, we can arrange a tour focused on one area of the museum. If you would
like to visit The Museum prior to your classroom visit in order to prepare curricular
materials, you are welcome to arrange a "pre-visit" trip by calling the visitor
services office. We welcome your ideas on how to make school tours more educational and
enjoyable.

Reservations are required for field trips to The Journey Museum.
A special educational rate of $2.00 per student is offered for
school groups. For every five students, one adult chaperone
is admitted free. |

There is a maximum number of one chaperone per five students. If the number of chaperones
is more than the maximum, they will be charged the adult rate of
$7.00 |

In an effort to assist daycares that would like to visit the
museum, adults pay $7.00 each, and the children are admitted free of charge. |
