Group rates are available. This can be
billed to the organizer or paid individually by the
attendees.
It is beneficial to appoint someone from your group to assist museum personnel at your event with organizing your guests to start the tour at the appointed time(s). The maximum size for a group starting a tour is 50 and tours start every 20 minutes.
Guest Count: The museum requires a final guest count and a courtesy copy of the function itinerary at least three business days (72 hours) before each function. This ensures proper staffing for your function. It is the responsibility of the planner to contact the
VISITOR SERVICES COORDINATOR with this
information.
Billing: You will receive a detailed invoice within one week of the completed event. Payment by check or credit card must be received within three weeks of the receipt of your bill.
To waive sales tax, tax exempt ID#
Security: Renters agree to comply with the start and end times they have provided. Security timers are set according to the end time provided. The renters must depart the museum no later than their contracted end time or pay the fine for breach of
security($100.00).
Liability: Renters agree The Journey Museum shall be saved harmless from any and all liability arising from any operation by them under this
agreement, except for damage or liability which
may arise as the result of negligence, misconduct,
error or omission of the Journey Museum, its
officers or employees.
Other: The sale of merchandise by your group is not allowed on the
premises.
