Time: Approximately 30 min presentation and optional 52 min DVD "Brain Tanning : Bison Robes the Native American Way.
This authentic buffalo box is used to store tipi accessories. The box has the bison hair intact and has buckskin thong ties. Our buffalo box contains buffalo soap, bone paint brush, bone awl, stomach, hoof sheaths, shoulder blade, bladder pouch, bladder, foot bone, dew claw, milk teeth, tail, bull horn cap, rawhide, leg bone flesher, deer sinew. The buffalo box is brought out for special tour presentations in the museum or can be requested by a teacher for a presentation in the classroom.
