Playful and interactive learning experiences for toddlers and students to enjoy with the whole family.

STEAM Saturdays are included with admission and are free for members.

FEBRUARY 13

TODDLER TIME (Ages 0-4)

10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Spinning Hearts: A Valentine's Day-themed toy spinner with an optical illusion!

DISCOVERY EXPEDITION (Ages 5 and up)

11:30 a.m. and 2:15 p.m.

Heart Lava Lamp: This Valentine's Day activity helps spread the love. Take home a homemade lava lamp!


FEBRUARY 20

TODDLER TIME (Ages 0-4)

10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Mask Up!: Make President's Day-themed masks.

DISCOVERY EXPEDITION (Ages 5 and up)

11:30 a.m. and 2:15 p.m.

Green Penny: Turn a penny green with this fun experiment.


FEBRUARY 27

TODDLER TIME (Ages 0-4)

10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Painting with Sponges: It's Black History Month! Learn about famous Black artists and create a masterpiece of your own.

DISCOVERY EXPEDITION (Ages 5 and up)

11:30 a.m. and 2:15 p.m.

Famous Artists: It's Black History Month! Learn about famous Black artists and expressionism. Then paint your masterpiece on canvas.


MARCH 6

TODDLER TIME (Ages 0-4)

10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Color Lab: Experiment to see how colors mix and react!

DISCOVERY EXPEDITION (Ages 5 and up)

11:30 a.m. and 2:15 p.m.

Woven Bowl: This activity gets you in the mood for spring crafts.


MARCH 13

Fizzing Shamrocks: This experiment explores the magic behind St. Patrick's Day!

The Journey Museum is currently in Winter Hours:

Winter Hours

(October 1st – April 30th)
10 AM – 5 PM Monday through Saturday
1 PM – 5 PM Sundays

Summer Hours

(May 1st – September 30th)
9 AM – 6 PM Monday through Saturday
11 AM – 5 PM Sundays

Admission

All individual admissions are good for two days with receipt.

Museum General Admission:

Adults (ages 18+) $10
Seniors (ages 62+) $8
Students (ages 6 – 17) $7
Children 5 & under FREE with family

Groups (10+ people):

$7 per person

Tour guides available. Please call (605) 394-6923 one week prior to visit to schedule.

Education Groups (12+ students):

$3 per student (all students 18 and under)
$5 College Students

Chaperones are requested. Special pricing will be extended to adult chaperones.
