Education and Program Coordinator

The Journey Museum is seeking an Education and Program Coordinator who enjoys working with people and creating meaningful learning experiences. This hands-on position leads programs for children, families, students, and community groups while helping audiences connect with the history, science, lands, and cultures of the Black Hills.
The Coordinator will manage school field trips, STEAM Saturdays, homeschool programs, summer camps, group tours, and other educational activities. The role also includes supporting and scheduling docents and education volunteers, coordinating program details, building relationships with schools and community partners, and helping develop new programs based on audience interests and community needs.
