The Journey Museum invites you to a Community Listening Session at The Dahl Arts Center on Friday, November 1. This event is part of the Museum’s strategic planning process — an important effort to ensure that The Journey continues to reflect and serve the people of the Black Hills.

Community members, visitors, and partners are invited to share ideas, feedback, and hopes for The Journey’s future. Your voice will directly influence upcoming exhibits, educational programs, and community initiatives.

What to Expect

This interactive evening will include:

• Family learning activities inspired by The Journey’s exhibits and STEAM programming

• Special gifts for attendees

• Snacks and light refreshments

• Prize drawings for an exclusive after-hours museum experience — your choice of:

  • A Pizza Party + Movie Night in the Wells Fargo Theater*, or

  • A Dinner for Two & Behind-the-Scenes Tour at The Journey Museum featuring food from your favorite restaurant.*
