Free Community Weekend
Saturday, October 10 | 10 AM–5 PM
Sunday, October 11 | 1–5 PM
Free Admission
The Journey Museum invites our local and regional community to enjoy free admission all weekend long!
Free Community Weekend is part of our commitment to making the museum more accessible and creating opportunities for more people to experience the lands, cultures, and histories of the Black Hills together.
This year’s celebration coincides with the Black Hills Powwow and the opening of A Dream Takes Form: Legacies of the Dream Catchers Artists Guild, making it an especially exciting weekend to visit.
Explore the museum, experience our newest exhibition, bring the family, or introduce someone to The Journey Museum for the first time.
Whether you visit often, haven’t been in years, or have never walked through our doors before—we’d love to welcome you.
Free Community Weekend has been generously sponsored by Monument Health.
